Note: The firmware which we are planning to release is for lenses equipped with firmware version 1.0.7.
The lens firmware version can be checked in the camera’s menu.
Details
The firmware planned for upcoming release will incorporate the following correction.
Correction:
Corrects the phenomenon whereby, during movie shooting, when attached to certain EOS DSLR cameras*1 with the camera’s shooting mode set to M or Av mode, some exposure flicker may happen.

Workaround
In the interim, during movie shooting, please perform the workaround procedures below to prevent the occurrence of this phenomenon.
