How to claim
Claiming your reward is simple
  • Form

    1. Fill the claim form online

    Simply make an eligible purchase from an authorised Canon Australian retailer between 1 March and 30 April 2025 and keep your receipt and box.

    Claim here and fill in your details including serial number, name, phone number, valid email address and bank details (if applicable) by 14 May 2025.

  • Receipt

    2. Upload your product details

    Simply upload a photo of your receipt and serial number and let us know how you would like to receive your claim (digital gift card or EFT bank transfer). We’ll also ask you to answer five brand questions about your photography level and preferences.

    3. This is the fun bit!

    Once your claim has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS within 3 business days to confirm if your claim has been approved. If you opted to receive a digital gift card, you will receive it via email within 7 business days. EFT Bank Transfer will be received within 14 business days (of confirmation of the claim being approved).

  • When is the Promotion Period?

    The Promotion Purchase Period starts on 01 March 2025 and closes on 30 April 2025. Participant can submit a claim by 14 May 2025.

  • Who can enter the Promotion?

    The Promotion is only open to individual Australian residents or New Zealand residents who are not employees or immediate family members of employees, of the Promoter or its related companies.

    Participants who are under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in this Promotion, agree to these terms, and submit a Claim. Participants must provide evidence of consent if requested by the Promoter.

  • Which purchases are eligible?

    To be eligible to submit a Claim, Participants must Purchase an eligible Canon Cinema EOS camera body and an eligible lens in the same transaction to claim cash back. Purchases must be made from an authorised Canon Australia retailer or from an authorised Canon New Zealand retailer.

  • How do I make a claim?

    a) Purchase any Eligible Product between 01 March 2025 and closes on 30 April 2025 and keep your receipt and packaging.

    b) Go online to www.canon.com.au/cinema2025 or www.canon.co.nz/cinema2025 to make a claim by 14 May 2025.

    c) Upload a photo of your receipt and a photo of the product serial number.

    d) Choose how you would like to receive your claim.

    e) Fill in your details including name, phone number, valid email address and bank details (if applicable)

  • What is required on my receipt?

    The receipt for the Eligible Product must clearly specify:

     • the Eligible Cinema Camera Body and the Eligible Lens purchased
     • the price of the Eligible Product purchased
     • the name of the authorised Canon Australia retailer or Canon New Zealand retailer
     • the purchase date
     • the receipt number; and
     • that payment for the Eligible Product has been received in full.

    If the receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.

  • How many times can I enter?

    No more than three (3) Claims may be made per household.

  • What will I receive?

    You can choose how you would like to receive your claim, with either a digital Visa gift card (Digital Gift Card) or EFT bank transfer (Bank Transfer) with the applicable value.

  • I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

    Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your Claim. You will not be able to submit your Claim until all information requested has been correctly entered.
