Canon designs recognised with internationally renowned iF Design Awards for 30th consecutive year

Sydney, AUSTRALIA – 15 March 2024: Canon Inc. announced six Canon product designs were recognised by iF International Forum Design GmbH with prestigious 2024 iF Design Awards. Out of the six awards, two are medical imaging products, the CXDI_Elite for digital radiography and OCT-R1¹ for optical coherence tomography. The other products include Canon’s vlogging camera, the PowerShot V10, an interchangeable lens, the RF 100-300mm f/2.8L IS USM, commercial colour production printer range, the imagePRESS V Series, and large format printer range, the ImagePROGRAF TM Series.

This year marks Canon’s 30th consecutive year of winning the iF Design Awards. Encouraged by the recognition of the company’s design excellence, Canon will continue striving to realise products that combine high levels of performance and design.

Established in 1953, the iF Design Awards are recognised internationally as one of the most prestigious awards within the field of design, with outstanding industrial designs chosen from all over the world each year. This year over 10,000 entries from 72 countries and regions were judged by internationally active design experts across nine disciplines: product, packaging, communication, interior architecture, professional concept, service design, architecture, user experience and user interface.
