Movies imported to a computer are not played back smoothly (EOS 5D Mark III)

Solution

When playing back movies taken with your camera that have been imported to a computer:

They cannot be played back smoothly
The video or audio plays back disjointedly (frames are dropped)

If things like this occur, please check the specifications of your computer.

To use the bundled software to play back MOV movies, the following system environments are recommended.
