Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to claim and entitlements form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Offer is open to Australian residents(individuals or companies) only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets, Canon resellers and distributors and their agencies and the actual participating outlets, are ineligible. Claimants under the Canon EF lens or Twin Lens Kit SLR offers are ineligible to claim.
3. Offer commences 1 November 2004 and closes end of business 31 December 2004 ('Offer Period'). Claims close last mail received 5pm on 14 January 2005.
4. To be eligible: consumers must purchase a Canon EOS 300D digital SLR camera Standard Kit, a Canon EOS 300D digital SLR camera Big Zoom Kit or a Canon EOS 300D digital SLR camera Enthusiast Kit from one of the Promoter's authorised participating resellers in Australia during the 'Offer Period'. Offer only applies to the retail purchase of the nominated Canon EOS 300D digital camera model during the 'Offer Period'. Upon making an eligible purchase, consumers will receive a claim form.
5. Entitlements: Consumers who purchase a Canon EOS 300D digital SLR camera Standard Kit, a Canon EOS 300D digital SLR camera Big Zoom Kit or a Canon EOS 300D digital SLR camera Enthusiast Kit from a participating retailer during the 'Offer Period' will receive by redemption a Limited Edition Canon Crumpler Carry Bag and a 256MB Memory Card.
6. To claim offer claimants are to fill out the Claim Form and attach a photocopy of their purchase receipt for the eligible product purchased and send their claim to Canon 'Bag a Bonus' Promotion, PO Box 1810, North Sydney NSW 2059 so that it is received by last mail received on 14 January 2005. Hand written receipt(s) or delivery dockets will not be accepted. Only photocopies of original detailed printed receipt(s) verifying purchase of products will be accepted.
7. Entitlement will be sent to claimants once their claim has been processed and validated. Please allow up to 60 days for delivery of entitlement.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
9. A maximum of 3 claims per claimant is permitted. Only one claim per Canon EOS 300D digital SLR camera purchase is permitted under the offer.
10. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer.
11. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter collects claimants' personal information in order to conduct the offer. If the information requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the offer. By ticking the opt in box above, unless otherwise advised, each claimant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the claimant, including sending any electronic messages to the claimant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of redeeming the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
